I am a culinary professional dedicated to orchestrating unforgettable experiences and serving as a guiding force for those in pursuit of culinary delight. My journey began at the bottom of the kitchen, and with both curiosity and blind luck, moved between both the fine dining side of “The Industry” and the commercial food production world.
There has been an ever-changing face to fine dining, but the commercial food industry of producers, purveyors, and middlemen has changed even more. It became apparent to me that it is now both easier to get good products, and harder to find truly good products and so whether I was meticulously preparing seafood for wholesale suppliers and fishermen or leading the brigade in a Michelin-starred establishment, my singular focus remained unwavering: understanding and mastering the intricate machinery behind every guest's exceptional dining experience.
These diverse experiences have shaped my culinary philosophy, which combines a direct and straightforward approach with my own unique sense of humor, infusing every culinary endeavor with a touch of delight and charm.
